- Card Data: Images you import, masks, sticky notes, deck names, and review progress are stored locally on your device.
- Photo Library Access: Used only when you select photos to import as flashcards. Image data is copied into the app's Application Support directory; we do not transmit your library.
- Camera Access: Used only when you take a photo for a card. Captured images are stored locally.
- Purchase Information: When you make in-app purchases, transactions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment details.
1.2 On-Device AI Processing
- Visual Embedding (EUPE): A visual feature vector is computed entirely on-device for similarity search. Images are not sent to any server.
- Apple Foundation Models (iOS 26+): Hidden tags are generated on-device only when this feature is available on your device. No content is sent to remote servers.
- No External AI Services: We do not use cloud AI providers.
1.3 Automatically Collected Information
- We do not use any third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.
- We do not collect device identifiers, location data, or usage analytics.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the app's flashcard and review functionality
- To compute on-device similarity search via visual embeddings
- To process in-app purchases
- To restore purchases across devices

1. Use of the App
Tsukimi is an image flashcard learning app with on-device AI assistance. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms.
2. In-App Purchases
- Some features require an in-app purchase or active subscription.
- Subscriptions are billed through Apple and auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code in Tsukimi are owned by the developer. User-created content (cards, decks, sticky notes) remains the property of the user.
4. Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI features (similarity search, hidden tags) are advisory; we are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the app.
